Believe It Or Not, There Is A Food Gordon Ramsay Won't Eat

SHARE
Gordon Ramsay is a name that a lot of people recognize. He's that chef you see on TV, constantly yelling at people and critiquing food and restaurants. Over time, we've realized that Gordon is actually a really nice guy, and all that shouting is simply for the cameras. He also has a lot of really helpful cooking tutorials that honestly turn my bland food into something I can confidently serve my friends. I would love to eat at one of his restaurants one day. I have no doubt that it would be amazing. I really respect his food opinions, so when he says he doesn't like a food, I find it really interesting. Read more to find out what Gordon refuses to eat!

Gordon Ramsay is famous for having a serious temper in the kitchen.

Personally, I love his insults and tantrums. They crack me up every time.

When the cameras aren't rolling, however, Gordon is a really sweet guy and has a reputation for actually being cool-tempered.

Attitude aside, it's clear that Gordon has a real passion for food. I would trust that anything he eats must be delicious.

You see him eating all sorts of odd and different foods on TV, and it seems as though he's not afraid of anything.

He has revealed in the past that he really enjoys a good burger and a nice breakfast, and he even has a sweet tooth.

We couldn't help but wonder, what foods doesn't Gordon like? With someone who has such a refined palette, it's hard to imagine that he turns his nose up a lot.

But it's true! Gordon flat-out admitted that the one food he won't touch is airplane food. His reasoning why actually isn't what we expected.

He said that when he goes to an airport, he'll either eat at his own restaurant, Plane Food (if he's at Heathrow Airport), or he'll grab something light.

"A nice selection of Italian meats, a little glass of red wine, some sliced apples or pears with some Parmesan cheese" is his go-to, he explained.

There is a catch, though. Once he actually gets on the plane, he won't be eating.

Apparently, he worked for airlines for 10 years and says he knows "where this food's been and where it goes, and how long it took before it got on board."

And so in his words exactly, "There’s no f***ing way I eat on planes."

That's good enough reason for me! SHAREif you love Gordon Ramsay!
