He Placed A Pair Of Glasses On The Floor And Called It Art

Art is such a wonderful thing. There's nothing quite like taking a stroll through a museum and appreciating the fine work of many artists. Better yet, having an amazing piece hanging in your own home makes a wonderful addition. While I'm not personally a fan of abstract art (some things are a bit TOO abstract), I can still appreciate most art forms. These two teenagers had a bit of trouble appreciating modern art when they took a visit to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, so they decided to try and create some of their own.

To the museum of modern art!

Our first exhibit is a pair of glasses. You may also know them as "specs" or "spectacles."

"Wait, did you say a pair of glasses is art?" Why, yes, yes I did.

These are the glasses, up close and personal. TJ Khayatan and his friends weren't impressed by the stuff they found at San Francisco's Museum of Modern Art, though he did give his respect to some works of art.

That's when he took matters into his own hands. He decided to place a pair of glasses on the ground, but he didn't really expect people to react the way they did. Look at that up-close photo!

TJ and his friends also tried the same trick with a hat and a jacket, but nothing did as well as the glasses. I guess I can SEE (hah, see what I did there?) why the glasses were more popular than a hat.
