Couple's Puppy Love Made For Some Enviable Wedding Photos

SHARE
Sarah (Mallouk) and Matt Crain tied the knot on September 10, 2016, in front of family, friends, and some very special guests.

Everyone hopes that their wedding day is going to be beautiful, magical, and filled with unforgettable memories. And excellent pictures — let's not forget the pictures! For this young couple, they got just that when they incorporated rescue pups into their photos!

Sarah works for Pitties.Love.Peace, an organization for rescue pit bull pups. She and Matt often foster dogs (as well as owning three of their own!) They are passionate about caring for the pups and couldn't imagine their big day without them.

Their unique and inspiring wedding photos included some of the puppies in need of rehoming and they got the most incredible shots! Check out some of the gorgeous photos of this incredible couple.

Meet Sarah Crain:

Sarah is an animal lover who works for a Pennsylvania rescue organization providing a "safe haven for pit bull and pit bull mix dogs". Early in 2016, Sarah was busy working with retired veterans and their support dogs. She posted on Facebook that "the lifelong bond that grows between them is nothing short of amazing."

Their invitation incorporated their three pups in the most adorable way!

The newlyweds often foster additional dogs, while Pitties.Love.Peace finds a "forever home" for them. This is in addition to Mara, Leo, and Atlas, their lovable trio.

These puppies all needed homes at the time of Matt and Sarah's wedding.

The boxer-coonhound puppies, named after some of the earliest first ladies of the United States: Martha, Abigail, Dolley, Elizabeth, and Louisa came from a litter of week-old pups who had been rescued just seven weeks earlier!

They are all living in loving foster homes now, but they sure got to have some fun first!

Just look at that face!

Their wedding photographer, Caroline Logan, told interviewers, "Having the puppies involved in the wedding brought so much additional joy to Matt and Sarah’s day. Though they weren’t a part of the ceremony, they were involved in their portrait time."

That's good news, because if those puppies had been a part of the ceremony, no one would have been able to focus on anything but their cuteness!

These photos are so incredible.

The smiles on these ladies' faces certainly shows their genuine love for these little pups. And that they're having a great time at this wedding, of course.

The bride had another special man by her side that day.

Biggie Smalls, the most adorable name in the history of the world, a nine-week-old pit bull puppy, found in Brooklyn on the streets, was by her side throughout the shoot.

Just big (fur) babies!

Atlas cuddles up with Matt who, Sarah posted on Facebook, was "still recovering" in this shot.

"They are the best ‘kids’ we could ever have," Sarah told the Huffington Post.

It was a great idea.

Incorporating their love and passion for animals into their wedding to really showcase and reflect on the kind of people they are. So admirable! And adorable!

Congratulations, Sarah and Matt!

All the best to you and your furbabies!
