The 21 Craziest Hollywood Prenups

Listen, I love me some juicy celeb gossip about the latest hookups and breakups. But is it just me or is it getting harder and harder to keep up with Hollywood couples?! Every day, there's a couple breaking up and a new relationship waiting in the wings to become the next "it" couple. But really, the great gossip comes from divorces. And everyone knows that the divorce rate in Hollywood is insane! And that's why so many stars sign prenups. Here are some of the craziest prenups that couples have signed to protect their image and money!

1. Jay Z and Beyoncé both make a ton of money so obviously they signed a prenup! Beyoncé gets $5 million for every child she gives birth to and if they divorce, she gets $1 million for every year they're married. 

2. Remember Bennifer 1.0? The original Ben and Jen? Jennifer Lopez said Ben Affleck crushed her when he called off the wedding. Apparently he didn't want to sign the prenup that had a no-cheating clause.

Jen would get half of his earnings if he cheated! Some sources even said that he demanded that he earn $5 million for marrying her. He also apparently wanted to put in the prenup that they had to have sex four times a week.

3. Remember Britney Spears and Kevin Federline? Britney made Kevin sign a prenup that said that any gift worth over $7,000 HAD to come with a legal document saying who will own it if they divorce!

Brit was also smart enough to get him to sign the prenup because it said he would only get $1 million when they divorced!

4. Katie Holmes sure knows how to strike a deal in her favor! Katie made sure that the prenup clearly stated that she would get $3 million for every year they were married when they got divorced. 

She ended up getting $15 million! And she gets $400,000 a year in child support. Not bad, Katie. Not bad!

5. Jessica Biel gets a lot of money if Justin Timberlake cheats on her! The prenup they signed makes Justin have to pay $500,000 to her. 

6. Surprisingly, Brangelina don't have a weird prenup. But if they divorce, Brad Pitt doesn't get custody of their kids! Angelina Jolie gets that. I wonder if Brad would at least get to visit them!

7. George Clooney is worth over $220 million! Not a ton of details are known about the prenup he signed with Amal Alamuddin, but some sources say she'll get $20 million if they divorce!

8. Surprisingly, Crystal Harris married Hugh Hefner even with this prenup. She must REALLY love him! She's not allowed to try and get any of his fortune if they divorce. She gets nothing!

His fortune gets split up between his children, the University of Southern California film school and various charities. 

9. When Steven Spielberg and Amy Irving got married, they wrote out the prenup on a napkin – and when they divorced, Amy got $100 million (half of his fortune!!) because the judge said the prenup wasn't valid!

10. Mark Zuckerberg is the creator of Facebook. Of course he has a prenup! He made his wife, Priscilla Chan, sign a DATING prenup. Not even a prenup for marriage! What the?!

Sources say that the dating prenup included one date per week and a minimum of a hundred minutes of alone time which can't be in his apartment or at Facebook headquarters. 

11. Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo never married and maybe it's because of the prenup! Apparently, Tony wanted a clause that said if Jessica weighed more than 135 pounds, he would get $500,000.

What the what?! 

12. Catherine Zeta-Jones had her lawyers draw up a big prenup for her and Michael Douglas. The prenup guaranteed that she would get $2.8 million if they got divorced. And a $5 million bonus if he cheated!

13. Remember when everyone found out about Tiger Woods and his cheating scandal? Elin Nordegren got close to $100 million from the divorce! 

14. It's never been confirmed but Nicole Kidman supposedly made Keith Urban sign a prenup that had an escape clause. If Keith was to start using cocaine again, he wouldn't get any of her money in the divorce.

AND she would get $600,000 for every year they were married. 

15. Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller signed a pretty intense prenup. Brooke got $500,000 just for saying "I do"! She also received $300,000 for every year she stayed married to Sheen.

And when they divorced, Brooke got $100,000 for having to relocate and she got full ownership of the car she was driving at the time. 

16. Elizabeth Taylor got married to her seventh and last husband, Larry Fortensky. Allegedly, the paperwork said that if they stayed together for five years, he'd get $1 million. And if they're still married at that time, he'd still get the the money!

They divorced five years later so he got the money. But the ended up staying such good friends that she even left him another $800,000 in her will. 

17. Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards were married for four years. Apparently, they both agreed to sign a prenup that says they get $4 million if the other one cheats on them! 

$4 million? Whoa. That's a lot of money!

18. There isn't any solid evidence for this one but Ice-T and Coco's prenup is supposedly pretty crazy. If they end up divorcing, Ice could end up keeping Coco's breast and butt implants. 

So I have no idea how that works but that's pretty outrageous if it's true, right?!

19. Nothing has been confirmed but rumor has it that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon signed a prenup with a confidentiality agreement. Neither one of them could discuss their private life as a couple in the media after the divorce.

If one of them spilled the beans to the press, they would be fined. Nick would be fined $250,000 and Mariah would have to pay up $500,000.

20. Charlie Sheen and Brett Rossi never married but they did have a prenup agreement all ready to go when they were engaged. Brett would've received $300,000 for every year they were married. 

And she would've gotten $4 million if he cheated on her! Yes, that is a direct copy of his prenup with Denise Richards!

21. No details about Chris Rock and Malaak Compton-Rock's prenup have been released but supposedly, she was going to get a generous amount of money.

However, the prenup had an expiry date! It expired on the couple's 18th wedding anniversary and they filed for divorce after 20 years of marriage! Now Malaak is seeking a huge divorce settlement...
