This flourless cake only takes two ingredients. One of those ingredients is Nutella, so you KNOW it's going to be good. Of course, since cake should be topped with deliciousness, we've also included a two-ingredient Nutella ganache recipe that is going to blow your mind. I mean...we're talking about ooey, gooey, chocolatey, hazelnutty deliciousness. This is the kind of cake that you'll never have to worry about leftovers with. From us at Diply to you, bon appétit!

What you'll need:

- 8 eggs
- 1 1/2 Nutella
- 3/4 Nutella (for the ganache)
- 1/2 cup hot (200°) heavy cream

The method:

Beat your eggs on high for 8 minutes. That is not an exaggeration. You're need to incorporate a ton of  air. If you have a stand mixer, use it and be proud of your purchase. It was made for recipes like this. Add your Nutella in stages. Pour into a 7 inch cake pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350° F. While the cake is baking, Put your Nutella in a bowl and pour your hot cream overtop. Gently mix until it's smooth and combined. When your cake is cooled, pour the ganache overtop. Feel free to add chopped nuts (toasted hazelnuts, anyone?), sprinkles, chocolate shavings, or anything else your heart desires on top. Now dig in and enjoy this gooey, chocolatey cake.
