Man Takes Care Of An Entire Neighborhood Of Stray Cats Every Day

In Syria, under the regime of President Bashar Al-Assad, the war that broke out has caused the majority of those living there to flee, leaving their pets alone and abandoned. 

Many stray cats roam the streets of Aleppo, Syria's biggest city and are left with nothing to eat. One man, however, has changed that.

Alaa spends his free time feeding the 150 or so cats that roam the streets.

When he isn't feeding the cats of the neighborhood, he's an ambulance driver.

He spends approximately $4 every day from his pocket to give these cats the sustenance they need.

What's great is that he doesn't just give them food, he also provides them with companionship and love.

They even wait for him every day, knowing that he will show up.
