This Food Riddle Has A Lot Of People Confused

Solving a tough riddle can be so satisfying. At first, a riddle can seem incredibly confusing and mysterious, but after winding through the logic, you eventually start catching on to what's going on.

The puzzle I have for you today requires that you step outside of the box and think about certain everyday concepts in unusual ways.

Here's the riddle: I don't eat food, but every day I have a light meal.

Light can be converted into energy, though.

So what is it?

Plants!

Through the process of photosynthesis, plants "eat" by converting light into energy for growth and repair.
