I know I'm not alone in owning more beauty products than I know what to do with. Honestly, no one needs 4 different kinds of foundation, 3 different kinds of mascara, far more eye shadows than I can count and so on and so on. But, there's light at the end of the tunnel: these things don't have to sit stagnant or go to waste, you can put them to work in other ways. Check out the many different and unexpected uses for beauty products that just might help you clean up some clutter and get your money's worth!

1. Hand lotion.

It's not just for softening your skin, you can use it to tame frizz! Ooo and it adds extra shine as well. Win!

2. No lint remover? But a plethora of eyebrow brushes (and every other kind of brush...)? Yeah, me too.

Use an eyebrow brush to remove unwanted fluffs from clothing.

3. Everyone hates ironing, right?

Well have wrinkle-free clothing in minutes using a hair straightener!

4. Out of makeup remover?

Just use coconut oil! Although it's most commonly used as a moisturizer, it also works wonders in the removal department.

5. People against blisters.

Everyone hates them, don't they? All it takes is a little deodorant in your shoes. Who'd of thought, eh?

6. You know that purgatory time in between colorings?

Use a light spray and some color-appropriate shimmer eye shadow to dull down dark roots.

7. Exfoliation is key...to everything.

And you shouldn't forget about those lips. POucker up and exfoliate them with a toothbrush. Simple as that!

8. Shoes a touch to big?

Re-size them with cotton balls.

9. Need a root touch up?

Well ya better grab your toothbrush!

10. Need some nail whitening on the double?

Think tooth brushing, but really, nail brushing. So easy!

11. Pilly clothes are the worst!

All you need is a razor and a lint brush to get rid of the pesky impediments!

12. Did you have a self tanner mishap?

All you need is some of your everyday, alcohol infused astringent or facial toner to correct streaks/smudges.

13. Bikini line bumps the dreadful things.

A little deodorant will help prevent these irritations from forming.

14. Oops, I ran out of shaving cream.

Do you have conditioner? Yes? Well then you're fine!

15. When buttons fall off though...

Just use a dab of clear nail polish on top of the thread to prevent this from happening.

16. Are your cuticles hurtin'?

Ever thought of using lip balm? Because it works like a charm!
