Eggs are so good for you. They're packed full of protein and are cheap to buy! I like adding hard boiled eggs to salads, sandwiches, or just having them ready and peeled for on-the-go protein. The trouble is that peeling hard boiled eggs can be a pain. The egg gets stuck to the membrane, which is stuck to the shell, and when you peel you end up taking away chunks of delicious egg with your shell. Don't worry! We've found an easy trick that should help you keep more egg intact and make the shell easier to peel away at the same time. Because at Diply, we're all about those kitchen hacks to make your life easier.

What you'll need:

- an egg, hard boiled
- glass with water

The method:

Once your egg is hardboiled, place it in a glass with water. You're going to want to do this over the kitchen sink because it's going to be a bit messy. Cover the opening of the glass with your hand Seal this as best as you can. Shake the glass. Keep shaking it. This is going to crack the shell and loosen it. Carefully drain the water from the cup and the shell around your egg will slide off easily.
