The Dramatic Evolution Of Christina Aguilera

As soon as Christina Aguilera released her debut album in 1999, the pop music world was changed forever. She instantly became a pop star and rightfully earned the title of Pop Princess! Christina has continued making hit albums, she's been in movies and now she's a judge on The Voice. Seriously, what can't this woman do?! Here is a look back at her career and her dramatic evolution!

1. Christina got her start when she was 11 years old on The Mickey Mouse Club. 

That's where she met Justin Timberlake, Ryan Gosling and Britney Spears!

2. In 1998, she sent off a cover of Whitney Houston's "Run to You" to Walt Disney Pictures so she could be chosen to record "Reflection" for Mulan. 

3. Disney took a chance on Christina, and the song became a big success! It was even nominated for a Golden Globe!

4. A year later, she released her debut album that instantly became a huge hit!

Remember "Genie in a Bottle" or "What a Girl Wants"?

5. To break out of the image that everybody had of her, she completely changed up her look in 2002. Everybody knows this as Christina's "Dirrty" period!

6. She released her fourth studio album named Stripped. "Dirrty" was one of the most famous songs, but the album will always be remembered for the song "Beautiful."

She even met up with her former Mickey Mouseketeer, JT!

7. Remember this iconic performance between Britney, Madonna and Xtina? Yeah, 2003 was a good year for music!

8. After touring the world, Christina went back into the studio to record another album. This time, she was inspired by the music of the 1920s, 1930s, and 1940s! 

I'm still obsessed with the Back to Basics album!

9. Look at Christina rocking the old Hollywood glam look!

10. In 2005, she got married to Jordan Bratman. 

11. Three years later, she gave birth to her first son!

Unfortunately, she and her husband decided to call it quits. 

12. After Back to Basics, Christina focused on acting. She was in a movie called Burlesque with Cher!

13. Christina continued experimenting with different sounds for her music. Her album Bionic was all about being inspired by the future. 

That year, she got to sing the national anthem at the Super Bowl!

14. She was one of the original judges on The Voice! 

15. WHOA. Xtina is rocking the red hair! 

16. Christina plans on returning to The Voiceas a judge, she's putting out more music and she's going to continue dominating the pop music world!
