It's been confirmed that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting a daughter via surrogate in the new year.
The two other big rumors that have yet to be confirmed are that her sisters, Khloé and Kylie, are expecting, as well. Kim was being pressured about the rumors and finally explained why she has to keep her mouth shut about it.
If you've watched any of episodes of The Ellen DeGeneres Showlately, you'll probably have noticed that a lot of the members of the Kardashian family have appeared as guests.
For Halloween this year, Ellen brought back her iconic 2015 costume, Karla Kardashian.
This time, she was pregnant, and she made a joke about how a lot of the Kardashian sisters were rumored to be expecting as well, including Kendall and Kourtney.
Kendall Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian actually made an appearance on the show to clear up that they were definitely notpregnant.
But, funny enough, there was no sign of Khloé or Kylie.
Now, if there are any talk show hosts who love to dig for juicy gossip, it's Ellen.
So when Kim Kardashian stopped in, Ellen casually brought up Khloé and Kylie's rumored pregnancies yet again.
She mentioned that Karla Kardashian was pregnant, referring to her Halloween show.
She also pointed out that Kendall and Kourtney had made an appearance and confirmed they were not pregnant.
"But you dohave several sisters who are pregnant," Ellen urged, still, Kim remained straight-faced.
By the way, Kim is an expertat keeping a poker face if she needs to. This clearly wasn't her first rodeo.
Finally, she opened up and explained why she refused to say anything about the rumors.
"Alright, I'm going to break it down. This is how we work in the family," she said.
"When there are lots of rumors, we have these family group chats, and we threaten each other's lives if we speak for the other one," she explained.
With the amount of gossip my own family spews, I'm thinking we need to start our own group chat.
Before she could go any further, Ellen demanded to know why she wasn't apart of the group chat, seeing as she isKarla Kardashian and all.
And to be fair, it's a valid question.
She continued, "We decided that there's so much that goes on that we respect each other's right to speak for themselves...so I will speak about myself."
To be honest, this is refreshing to hear.
"Hopefully, they can come on and address whatever rumors you might have," she added.
And there you go. It's actually pretty nice to see that the sisters respect each other's privacy and the right to talk about themselves in their own time.
Ellen urged Khloé and Kylie to come on the show, and you just know that she wouldn't go easy on them if they did.
SHAREif you think Kim did the right thing by not confirming or denying the rumors (no matter how badly you want to know the truth)!
