Okay, stay with me here for a moment, because this bread is incredible. This cloud bread is carb-free, gluten-free, protein-packed and melts in your mouth. It's soft and airy and can be whipped up easily and quickly. It's much less temperamental than working with yeast, kneading, and proofing, like traditional bread does. It also takes minimal ingredients. All you really need are three ingredients, but you can add in flavorings as you desire. Seriously, this bread is amazing. I can see this being really amazing with thyme. Or basil. Dill. Garlic. Smoked salt. Mmmm. What would YOU add in? Comment below!

And as always, this recipe gets Diply's stamp of delicious approval.

What you'll need:

- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Rosemary, chopped (optional)

The method:

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. In the bowl with egg yolks, add cream cheese and honey (if you're using). Mix well. In your egg whites bowl, add your baking soda and beat on high until it's light and fluffy. Carefully fold your yolk mixture into your egg white mixture. On a pan lined with parchment paper, spoon your mixture into even dollops. If you're using it (and I recommend it), sprinkle the rosemary on top of your dollops. Bake at 300 degrees for 17 minutes. If you're looking for a darker shade (purely for aesthetics), you can broil for a minute. Take out of the oven and let them cool. These are going to smell WONDERFUL when they come out of the oven, especially if you used the rosemary. You can use these for many things, like to eat with dips, as bun replacements, with your favorite soups or stews.
