12 Drugstore Makeup Dupes

SHARE
I am very passionate about makeup. Unfortunately, this passion leads me to splurge. A lot. I'm a regular at Sephora, and I basically know where everything is. I know so much about Sephora that you would probably think I work there. I've actually helped customers out before! Since I'm always there, I'm up-to-date on what luxury products are trending. I try my best not to get caught up in expensive brands, because duh, they're expensive.

Like I said before, I splurge on makeup, but I only do so when it's worth it. There are many dupes for high-end products. These dupes are significantly cheaper, and the quality is just as good. Don't be that person who pays for the brand and not the product. It's so not worth it! Trust me. I own both lipsticks in #10, and I wish I just bought the dupe. You live and learn, right?

Here are 12 makeup dupes that will save you tons of money on these very expensive makeup products. Your bank account will thank me!

Big spender

If this is you, you are going to change after reading this article!

1. Colorpop Chi vs. Kylie Cosmetics Dolce K

It seems like everybody wants to get their hands on Kylie Jenner's lip kit. I know I do! Other than the fact that her lipsticks are always sold out, they are also super pricey, at a hefty price of $29.00! A great dupe for Dolce K is Chi byColorpop, which only costs $6.00. If you love Kylie's lip kit, check out #12 for another dupe!

2. Nars Creamy Concealer vs. Maybelline Fit Me Concealer

I have used these concealers and they're both bomb. They have similar formulas and coverage. The only thing that is not the same is the price. The Nars concealer costs $29.00, and the Maybelline concealer costs $6.99. Whoa!

3. Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge vs. Beauty Blender

I am obsessed with my Beauty Blender, but I'm not obsessed with the price. A Beauty Blender costs $20.00! Keep in mind that it needs to be replaced every six months. That's too much to be spending on a sponge. The Real Techniques sponge costs $6.99, and I love it way more than my Beauty Blender. The dupe has a flat edge, which is amazing for makeup application!

4. Mac Brave vs. Maybelline Warm Me Up

Mac's Brave lipstick is my all-time favorite! I have so many lipsticks, and Brave is the only one I have finished. I told you it's my favorite! Maybelline's lipstick in the shade Warm Me Up looks identical to Brave! I need to buy it.

5. ELF Enchanted vs. Becca Cosmetics Champagne Pop

I love Champagne Pop! I've already finished two of them, but at $38.00 a pop, it's not cheap! The ELF Enchanted eyeshadow is just as bright as Champagne Pop, and it only costs $3.00! Although the ELF product is an eyeshadow, you can still use it as a highlight! Works just as well.

6. Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit vs. Nyx Contour Kit

A contouring kit is a must-have. I have the Contour Kit by Anastasia Beverly Hills, which costs $40.00. I wish I bought the Nyx Contour Kit for $25.00. They have similar formulas, and the Nyx Contour Kit has more shades. I want to return mine!

7. Dose of Colors Kiss Of Fire vs. BH Cosmetics Glory

Everyone needs a red lipstick, but not everyone should spend $18.00 on one. Glory by BH Cosmetics costs only $8.50! They're both beautiful, and I can't even tell the two apart.

8. Urban Decay Naked 3 vs. Makeup Revolution Iconic 3

The price of the Iconic 3 palette is $7.00. I'll give you a moment to take that in. I can't even with that price. The Urban Decay Naked 3 palette costs $54.00. Insane right? The swatches of both palettes are identical, so save yourself $47.00, and buy the dupe!

9. L'Oreal Infallible 24hr Matte vs. Nars All Day Luminous Weightless

I have not used either of these products, but I hear nothing but good stuff about them. Beauty gurus on Instagram rave about the L'Oreal foundation. It's only $12.99, as opposed to the Nars foundation that is $48.00. I think you should give the L'Oreal foundation a try!

10. Kat Von D Lolita vs. Nyx Soft Spoken

Lolita and Soft Spoken are beautiful mauve shades. Mauve is so in, but spending $20.00 on Lolita is not. Soft Spoken costs $7.00 and it's creamier than Lolita.

11. Nars Blush and Bronzer Duo vs. ELF Contouring Blush and Bronzer

This Nars Duo costs a whopping $42.00, and the ELF Duo costs $4.00. If you could see my face right now, you would see how confused I look! These products look so similar, and they're also the same size. I need to get my hands on the ELF Duo.

12. Colourpop Limbo vs. Kylie Cosmetics True Brown K

Both of these shades are stunning! One of them costs $6.00, and the other costs $29.00. I'm sure you can guess which one is which! Limbo is just as beautiful, and it's super matte, just like True Brown K. Such a beautiful brown shade.
