16 People Who Had To Give It That Extra Little Touch

SHARE
I've always felt that if something's worth doing, it's worth overdoing. Sure, we're not gonna give a task all our effort and imagination if we were dragged into it, but it's different if it's something we actually want to do.

Even though people might like our big project just fine if we did it normally, they'll love it if we throw a little extra flair on top of it. It's the kind of thing that makes people "ooh" in surprise that makes us feel like we earned that sly, knowing look in our eyes when it's all over.

So with all that in mind, it's no surprise that these 16 people would want to be so extra about the things they were doing.

Ta-da!

1. They'd probably change their tune if somebody actually bought these, though.

Plus, it doesn't seem that hard not to give your roommate any more exhibits.

2. Ooh, somebody should've told you that if you ask for petty, you shall receive.

Especially if you're leaving the door wide open for somebody to say, "checkmate."

3. Yikes, if that's not just your textbook, somebody's gonna haaate you.

They might be a little impressed at the same time, but I still wouldn't leave any clues if I were you.

4. They're not taking any chances after that last lawsuit.

You'd be surprised how easily angry mooing can become an airtight legal argument.

Sometimes, they don't even know they're being extra. Or do they?

5. I think they were just really excited to get rid of 30 copies of Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo.

Plus you get all the dust they collected over the years at no extra cost!

6. An entire roast chicken counts as a snack, right?

I guess it's better to have it and not need than need it and not have it. You might not agree in a few hours, but those are the breaks.

7. Ah, the touching end to the most riveting of war stories.

Wherever he is, I hope NachoCheese3150 finally found his peace.

8. It's like the look in his eyes is challenging you to be sicker than him.

And he's putting all of his Pokémon cards on the line, so you know he's serious.

Oh, this looks like the most wonderful regret I'd ever have.

9. I think if I ate this, my arteries would consider it an act of war.

I think you'd still have to force me not to, though.

10. Well, I guess that's one way to illustrate your point.

I don't know, though. I feel like a lot of us would still argue with our money.

11. I'd like to think he really jiggled the pan and made lots of flipping motions before he brought it.

At the very least, I know he added a lot of salt.

12. It's the extra E's that really make this one.

Without them, you're just not committing to the role.

Oh yes, we're doing this on our own terms.

13. I'm glad somebody's doing their part to remind us how important munch acceptance is in our daily lives.

There's so much pressure out there to release the crunch that it's easy to forget there's nothing wrong with the munch.

14. Hmm, I think we've finally found an unbeatable method here.

One little scratch and suddenly everything looks perfectly innocent.

15. You're right, she didn't have any friends there.

I don't think she has that problem anymore, though.

16. So, do his parents have to draw this on every shirt he owns now?

Actually, it'd be even better if each shirt had a different character reaching up. Now, that'show to really be extra.

Like, there's getting more McNuggets than you expected and then there's just stuffing a whole extra McChicken in there.
