This Simple At-Home Remedy Will Solve Your Restless Leg Syndrome

SHARE
It's nothing short of awe-inspiring how medical science has developed over the years. If your leg caught a bad infection less than 200 years ago there was a good chance you had to lose it. And if you were unlucky enough to have this happen during battle, there was no time for anesthetics. You had to feel the full process in all its horror.

But now, even if you do have to part with a limb, you could end up with a fully controllable replacement. And yet, there's still some problems we haven't caught up to yet. And one of the more irritating ones is restless leg syndrome.

Since we don't quite know what causes this yet, it's hard to diagnose and even harder to treat. But if you're suffering from it, you want to do more than just wait for a solution, right?

Well, there's one simple treatment that's boasting some interesting results. And it's something you can do right before bed.

COMMENT and let us know what you do to fight this annoying menace.

Restless leg syndrome can take many forms.

For some, it's an itchy feeling. For others it's more like the "pins and needles" you get when your leg falls asleep. In any case, RLS makes you want to move your legs just to get rid of it.

But it always seems to get worse when you try to sleep.

And so it's no surprise that RLS can seriously get in the way of a good night's sleep.

And if you're unlucky, there's not much you can do about it.

There are some helpful medications, but some people may find they stop working after a while or make some symptoms worse.

But if you're between treatments, there's something you can try before your next visit to the doctor's.

And all you have to do is put a bar of soap in your sheets before you go to bed.

We don't know why, but this seems to work for a lot of people.

In some cases, patients who used to wake up three or four times a night found themselves sleeping without interruption.

At the moment, there's no research available on the link between soap and RLS.

So there's no explanation for how, or even if, this soap trick does much of anything.

But there are no drawbacks to doing this, so it's worth a try.

You'd certainly want to give it a whirl before a more drastic measure comes to mind.
