Breakfast is the best meal of the day. Actually, dessert is, but people refuse to accept that as a separate meal for some odd reason. No matter, breakfast is the best socially-accepted meal of the day. Eggs? Bacon? Pastry? All of these things are delicious. Put them together? I need to censor myself here, because EFFFF YES, that sounds amazing. This recipes combines them into the most delicious and incredible breakfast that is surprisingly easy to create. You're going to look forward to breakfast all night now just to try this recipes. And because it's from Diply, you know that it takes minimal skill to provide maximum flavor.

What you'll need:

- puff pastry
- tomato sauce
- egg, beaten
- pastry brush
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- bacon cut into 4 inch slices
- 4 eggs

The method:

Take your pastry sheet and cut a one inch square strip around the edges. Cover the inside square with tomato sauce. Brush the beaten egg around the outer edge. Cook the bacon in the olive oil. Place the cooked bacon in the pastry square to create borders. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Take it out of the oven. It's going to look good. It's going to smell even better. The buttery puff pastry and bacon will tantalize your senses. DON'T STOP THERE! Crack your eggs, one at a time, in a small dish before putting it on the pastry. This will make sure that you're not getting any shells on it, and will make it easier to get the eggs on the pastry without breaking the yolk. Return it to the oven, still at 400, for 10 more minutes. And NOW you have your perfectly amazing breakfast ready to devour.
