It's like society collectively decided they're the one group of people we'll altogether ignore the "don't shoot the messenger" adage for. People just shoot rage and vitriol at them all day long for things they, by and large, have nothing to do with. I'm not just talking customer service reps who sit on phone lines. I'm talking waitresses, store owners, and pretty much anyone who has to constantly deal with us: the over-entitled public.
Kudos to you all. You do a job that even Mike Rowe of Dirty Jobs never even attempted. That takes cajones.
And as an appreciation to y'all, here's an article of how to be a boss at handling the trolls. These pictures made my day better, and hopefully they'll make yours better, too.
