Secret Footage From 'A Dog's Purpose' Shows Dog Forced Into Water, And People Are Furious

Some disturbing footage from the set of A Dog's Purpose has surfaced that people are simply furious about. TMZ broke footage of a man trying to get a German shepherd into turbulent water for a movie scene. The level of force displayed in the video is what has everyone disturbed. Take a look for yourself.

The video starts innocently enough. 

Several onlookers are witnessing a scene-in-progress from afar. 

When the man goes to lower the dog into the water, it struggles and attempts to get away. 

One man begins yelling, "He wants to get away, just throw him in!"

Regardless of the dog's attempts to get away, the man forces him into the water, holding him down forcefully. 

Moments later, the dog is swept away down the turbulent pool and at one point goes under. Beware, the footage below may be difficult to watch.
