15 Crazy Facts About Jared Leto

Jared Leto is probably one of the most talented actors working in Hollywood right now! I mean, have you noticed how he just manages to completely transform into his character?! Seriously, how does he do it? Jared is mostly in the news because of Suicide Squad and how he terrified all of his co-stars on set but there's a lot more to Jared than that. He's led a crazy life and here's everything you need to know about him!

1. Jared got a broken nose after he was trampled by his own fans at a 30 Seconds to Mars show!

2. He uses the name "Bartholomew Cubbins" when he's credited for the videos and movies he directs. 

3. Jared said that he's been close to dying before. He never provided all the details but he said that it involved "a gun and some cocaine." 

4. Jared sent Margot Robbie a love letter as the Joker on the set of Suicide Squad. The letter came with a live rat in a box! 

5. When Jared was filming Requiem for a Dream, he went crazy because he gave up sex, lost 28 pounds and starved himself for two months. 

None of that sounds fun at all. No wonder he lost it!

6. Jared also sent a dead hog carcass to the rest of his Suicide Squad co-stars on the first day of filming.
