As Bane famously tells Batman in The Dark Knight Rises "You merely adopted the dark. I was born in it, molded by it." Millennials take their ability to adapt to rapidly improving technology for granted. Like Bane, they were born in and molded by it. Old people, on the other hand, were, for lack of a better word, grandfathered in.
But, as sad as it is to see them struggle, anyone who has received a two-paragraph text complete with a complimentary closing and signature (Love Ethel) from grandma before can't deny that it's pretty darn funny to watch them try.
