Apple Introduces A Red iPhone And The Internet Approves

Just when you get used to your new tech toys, something slightly newer and shinier comes along, amirite? You can't get too attached to things these days. Especially when you see something as hot as this new red iPhone. Sure, it's only a color change, but look at it! And it's for a good cause!

Apple has announced a bright red new iPhone. It sure does look sharp. 

It's like a ruby we didn't know would drop from the sky. But Apple isn't releasing this gem on a whim.

The red iPhone 7 comes in two options: the base iPhone 7 with a 4.7 inch display, or the iPhone 7 Plus with the larger 5.5 inch display.

Still no headphone jack, in case you were wondering, and it only comes with 128GB or 256GB of storage, not 64GB.

The best part, however, is that Apple will donate a portion of the proceeds from each iPhone 7 Red to the (RED) HIV/AIDS program.

(RED), started by Bono and Bobby Shriver, partners up with many brands to raise funds to fight AIDS and HIV around the globe. Given how people are reacting to the red iPhone, (RED) should receive a nice boost.

Mind you, Apple customers might be feeling a bit weary in the wallets.

But hey, it's for a good cause, right?
