For myself, all this video does is increase my desire to find my identity and my security not in my relationship with my husband. I find that if I put the expectation on my husband to meet all of my emotional needs, I am setting him up for failure. He is only human. He can't possibly be my identity. I need to be secure and happy with myself with or without him. That way, the love and the emotional needs that he meets are just extra. And that way, if his eyes stray to that woman in the tiny bikini, I don't have to feel insecure and wonder if I am enough for him. (Now, I'm not saying that I'm completely there, but it's what I'm working towards).
