The secret ingredient to the perfect, fluffy scrambled eggs is not what you would imagine. In fact, it seems to defy logic. When you think of your morning breakfast, you're probably thinking of something along the lines of scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, and orange juice, right? Well, what if I were to tell you that if you were to combine two of those ingredients, you would get perfectly amazing scrambled eggs every time. You might be thinking that I mean the bacon in your scrambled eggs. Nope. It's weird, trust me, but I'm actually talking about your OJ in your eggs. Say, what??? This isn't an elaborate internet prank. This is Diply bringing you a mind-blowing breakfast hack that you're going to LOVE once you try it.

What you'll need:

- 5 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp orange juice

- salt and pepper

The method:

Crack your eggs into the bowl. Make sure there are no shells...because ain't no one wanting shells in their breakfast. Add in your milk, sour cream, and seasoning. Next you're going to take that orange juice, and add it into the bowl. I know! I know! This goes against what you're used to, but shhhh. Just trust us. We know what we're doing. Don't drink the orange juice. Add it into the eggs. Then whisk. Whisk it good. Pour the eggs into a pan over medium heat. Continue to scrape the bottom of the pan continuously as the eggs cook. And there you have it: fluffy, delicious scrambled eggs. Once you taste these, you won't want to go back.
