This took some serious guts (and planning).
Meet Nathan Ellison.
Nathan is a happily married father of four and a business relations manager at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Utah.
This may sound a little bit dull, but Nathan's got an exciting side that he really showed at his daughter's wedding!

His daughter, Mikayla, has been following in his footsteps (in more ways than one)!
She graduated recently from Brigham Young University — his alma mater. She's his biggest fan. "He is literally the hardest working man I know and would do anything in his power to serve his family. He has taught me how to have a sense of humor and how to enjoy life to its fullest," Mikayla has said.
But there was something Nathan had always wanted to do — and Mikayla was going to make that happen for him.
She said they had "talked about doing it for years. It was his dream...Since I'm the oldest, and the only girl, this was his only chance so I agreed to it."
When Mikayla and Cody got engaged, it was finally time.
On top of planning for her wedding, Mikayla also had to start using her professional training to coordinate what was going to be her father's shining moment.
The couple met at Brigham Young as dance partners.
"I’ve danced my whole life but my dad hasn’t," Mikayla said, so Nathan was going to have to put in some work to fulfill his dream — his long-awaited dream of dancing with his daughter at her wedding.
On October 8th, 2016, they tied the knot.
In a dream wedding in front of 400 guests near Provo, Utah. Since then, a video of the wedding has gone viral online, but it's not of the bride and groom.
The viral video is of Nathan and Mikayla's father-daughter dance.
Wedding photographer Bethany Petersen posted the video to YouTube, where it has received over 2.3 million views.
She also posted a piece of advice from Nathan: "NEVER PASS UP A CHANCE TO DANCE WITH YOUR DAUGHTER!"

Cody remixed the music for his bride and father-in-law.
The father-daughter duo started out slow but quickly busted into their choreographed routine.
There were 10 different songs in the elaborate mashup like LMFAO's "Party Rock Anthem," "The Carlton," and more before finishing on *NSYNC's "Bye Bye Bye," — the guests loved it, and so did Nathan.

It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
And well worth the week's worth of effort they had to put in before the wedding.
"I mainly wanted to do something easy and fun with him to share the special moment," Mikayla said. "Everyone was completely shocked but they loved it!"

It was the highlight of the reception.
Mikayla said the guests "freaked out" but, while the dance was awesome, it didn't take away from the focus of the day.
