16 Pics That Prove Cindy Crawford's Daughter Is Her Genetic Twin

Cindy Crawford is known as one of the original supermodels in the modern era of modeling. Her success in the modeling career earned her icon status and roles in Hollywood movies. But, these days, it's her teenage daughter, Kaia, who is taking up all the spotlight and commanding the runways. One of the reasons is her near mirror image likeness of her mother. Let's take a look at how similar they are.

1. Kaia's likeness to her mother was obvious at a super young age.

You could already tell that the daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber was the spitting image of her mother, seen here at a 2008 benefit event. Even then, seven-year-old Kaia was giving off hints of her mother's trademark appearance.

She tells Teen Vogue, "When I look at my mom, aside from physical features (of course), we share many of the same mannerisms. I notice it when looking back on past videos of her. I don't know if it's genetic, or something I've just caught onto, but our actions mimic one another."

13. Kaia's mom on the other hand notices a big difference between the two of them. 

The former supermodel said, "You’re so much more confident than I was! I didn’t start modeling until I was nearly 17. You have a sense of what feels right for you. I don’t worry about you staying true to yourself."
