'Honey Boo Boo's" Mama June Has Lost A LOT of Weight

Here Comes Honey Boo Boo is forever burned into our brains.

Like accidentally seeing a family member naked, seeing a car crash, or remembering that time you threw up in Mrs. Darmody's grade seven class.

The point is that all those things stick with you. You remember the sights, the noises, and the smells. Oh, God the smell...

Anyway, remembering where you were when you first heard of Honey Boo Boo and her mom is one of those things. Mama June is a force of nature but she's no longer like how you remember her...

America was first introduced to June "Mama June" Shannon and her feisty little daughter Honey Boo Boo on TLC's Toddlers & Tiaras.

The premise of the show was following families as they shopped their kid around the child pageant circuit. 

But audiences particularly ate up the antics of the Thompsons, so much so that TLC started the spin-off show, Here comes Honey Boo Boo.

So, we got the whole family.

While Honey Boo Boo would always steal the show, it was Mama June who was pushed into the forefront with the spin-off.

Their lifestyle fascinated everyone.

The show went off the air on August 14, 2014...so how do they look now??

THAT was basically a year ago. 

This was Honey Boo Boo when we first met her. 

She was known for her odd and Kids Say The Darnest Things - esque catch phrases.

But she recently made headlines when people caught a gander of how Honey Boo Boo looked now.

She's lost her signature curls and now opts for a sleek blow-dry updo. She also keeps in touch with her fans through Facebook.

Earlier this year, Mama June signed up for a four-city, meet and greet tour that'll rake in $20,000 for her. She'll join adult-actress Jesse Jane,  rapper Bubba Sparxxx, and Little Sassee Cassee.

The group will head to Baltimore, Oklahoma City, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

BUT earlier this month, Mama June collapsed at her home and was rushed to a Georgia hospital. And the doctors suspect think it has to do with 90 pound weight loss....

The 36-year old reality TV star debuted her new Twitter avatar that shows her weight loss.

She hasn't been shy about her desire to lose even more weight since their TLC show debuted in 2012. 

She's already lost 90 pounds through dieting.

Her publicist said that Mama June is scheduled to undergo gastric sleeve surgery later this month since regular dieting can actually be riskier. 

She's expected to lose 80 more pounds after the procedure.
