So Adele is the queen of everything and stopped by Ellen's show to talk about, among other things, her critically-panned Grammy performance.

But it was time for Adele to join the earpiece shenanigans that Sofia Vergara, Dennis Quaid and David Beckham have done before. The deal is Ellen gives a list of things to say or do and the victim, which is Adele in this case.
