12 Things Everyone Should Know About Ashton Kutcher

I don't know about you, but I used to be obsessed with watching Punk'd and That '70s Show. Ashton Kutcher became a household name because of those two shows and he has continued to prove himself to be a hardworking actor and producer. People might know him as Michael Kelso or as Walden on Two and a Half Men, but there's so much more to Ashton! Most people don't know how he started off in his career and what he's up to now! He hasn't completely said goodbye to showbiz but he's become an asset in other industries. Keep on reading to find out more about Ashton's interesting life!

1. Ashton's big break came from winning a modeling contest in 1997. He modeled for Calvin Klein and Abercrombie & Fitch!

2. Ashton has two toes on his left foot that are fused together. He has a webbed foot!

3. Ashton and Mila Kunis were in two movies with very similar themes. Ashton's was called No Strings Attached and Mila's movie was Friends with Benefits. They've both said in interviews that their relationship started off as just casual but then they fell in love. AND THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED IN THE MOVIES!

Honestly, I liked No Strings Attached better! 

4. When he was at the University of Iowa, he was so poor that he donated his blood for money!

5. Ashton revealed recently that Mila turned down his proposal for naming their second child Hawkeye. 

Can you imagine having a cool name like Hawkeye Kutcher?!

6. Just in case you don't believe that these two will go the distance, Ashton has said this about Mila: "I prize her as the most valuable person in the world to me."

Mila's response? "I found the love of my life."

7. In 2009, Ashton challenged CNN to a race to get the most Twitter followers. Ashton came out on top and was the first person on Twitter to get to 1 million followers! 

8. Ashton is still committed to acting but he's also branched out! He's invested in an Italian restaurant named Dolce and a Japanese-themed restaurant called Geisha House. 

9. He's also a tech investor! He's the creative director of Ooma, a tech start-up. He's also invested in Spotify, Foursquare, Uber, Airbnb and Path.

10. Ashton became famous for playing Kelso on That '70s Show but he eventually left in Season 8. He asked to be written off because he didn't like the busy filming schedule wanted more free time to act in other projects. That's why Kelso got a job in Chicago!

11. He is one of the few people who will be lucky enough to ride the Virgin Galactic Spaceship-Two. Apparently, the seat cost $250,000 and he gets to view the Earth from space with Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Brad Pitt and Tom Hanks once the ship is ready!

12. When Ashton took over for Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men, nearly 28 million people tuned in to watch his debut episode. 

That's the highest rating the show has ever gotten before!
