Jared Leto's Transformations Over The Years Are INTENSE

SHARE

So there are two types of people in this world: Jared Leto and people who aren't Jared Leto.

There has been few people who surpass him in terms of trying literally everything at least once. That goes for the threads he rocks or the hair styles he tries. Sometimes they're for a role and sometimes it's because it's Thursday. Johnny Depp has nothing on this superstar!

Either way, come with me on this journey to see all the things that make him Jared Leto.

COMMENTand tell us which look is your favorite! Or which look is the worst...

When he started out, it was on the short-lived 1994 TV cult show My So-Called Life. He played '90s man bob-haircut Jordan Catalano.

He played Frankie griffin in The Last of the High Kings in 1996 and worked the short moppy look that was the hotness way back!

Here he's trying out a whole tougher, blonder look in Fight Club in 1999.

Seriously, look – even his eyebrows have frosty white tips!

He was rocking the mullet and the dirty, dirty 'stache playing Olympic hopeful Steve Prefontaine, a long distance runner in 1997's Prefontaine.

And we're just getting started! There was the time he tried the whole look that got him axe-murdered... wait, WHAT?!

This is him sporting one of his most conservative hairstyles playing Paul Allen in the 2000 cult classic American Psycho.

2001 was a rough time for everyone, especially Jared Leto who twisted his hair into a braided style.

The hairstyle was from his role as the villain in Panic Room with Jodie Foster.

This is him as the dreamboat Jack in the 2002 movie Highwaywith Jake Gyllenhaal — he rocked the shaved sides and a black mohawk.

The haircut of choice in 2004's Alexanderwas a long, wet tousled look starring alongside Colin Farrell.

The emo phase is something we all wish we could live down...

In 2006, Leto went with the greased hair and mustachioed look. The babyface is real.

In 2006, the Thirty seconds to Mars singer went through the classic emo phase that nearly everyone went through...

A year later he looked like this... He packed on 67 pounds to play John Lennon's killer, Mark Chapman, in Chapter 27.

In 2008, he rocked this side-bang bowl cut thing... I honestly can't think of another way to explain it.

And finally, there's the homestretch that ends arguably the greatest transformations of his whole career...

2009 gave us Mohawk Leto.

2010 gave us the bleach-blonde haired Jared which made him look like he was from the future.

The Messiah look was all the rage back in that crazy time historians call 2013-2014.

Leto worked this man braid in 2015 and it was perfection!

And finally his Joker in Suicide Squad, which could redefine the role for a new generation!

Do you think he pulls off all these looks?
