SHARE
I know the holidays tend to be busy and it can be next to impossible to find time to the things you want, but if you can manage to get some alone time in between the shopping trips, work Christmas parties, and family get-togethers, I'm going to suggest you spend it getting your craft on!

And for inspiration, look no further than the list of festive projects below.

1. Five-Minute DIY Christmas Luminaries

Just imagine how pretty your front walkway or dinner table would look with a collection of these traditional accents lining them! If you can spare five minutes, you can make this project happen.

2. Rudolph Gift Wrap

Sure, store-bought wrapping paper is great, but come on, look at how cute this reindeer idea is. Family, friends, if you're reading this, please wrap all of my gifts this way from now on.

3. Scrap Ribbon Tree Ornament

I don't know about you, but I have a ton of scrap fabric and ribbon cluttering up my craft room. This adorable idea may be the solution I've been looking for!

4. DIY Peppermint Photobooth Backdrop

How cute would this be for a work Christmas party or your annual family shindig? All you need is a stack of paper plates, a red marker, and a bunch of clear cellophane wrap.

5. Scrabble Tile Ornament

Crafting with Scrabble tiles will never get old, which means this ornament idea will look great on your tree for years to come! And the best part is you can customize it with any message you want.

6. DIY Peppermint Mason Jar Candles

Fill your home with the sweet, sweet scent of the holidays by whipping up a batch of peppermint candles using everyone's favorite crafting material: the Mason jar.

7. Burlap Reindeer Ornament

If you need a simple project to keep the kiddos entertained while they're home for the holidays, these burlap ornaments will do the trick. And I guarantee you'll want to join in on the fun too!

8. Vintage Car Ornaments

You can't go wrong with vintage cars at Christmas and if you love the nostalgic aspect of this time of year, you won't want to skip this crafty idea.

9. Jingle Bell Ornaments

Is there anything more magical than the sound of bells during the holidays? I doubt it! And if you love their jingle as much as I do, then this project should be at the top of your to-do list.

10. Ugly Christmas Sweater Ornaments

If you're lucky enough to own a vinyl cutter, then this DIY will be super easy to recreate. But if you don't, you can always look for pre made holiday stickers or vinyl cutouts to create the exact same look!

11. Paw Print Salt Dough Ornaments

For a lot of people, their furbaby is a special part of their family, which means they're involved in pretty much everything — including Christmas decorating. I made an ornament like this a few years ago and it's still one of my favorite parts of our tree.

12. Ornament Display Tree

This project is a bit more complicated than the others because you need to know your way around some power tools and the lumber section of your local home improvement store, but the end result is certainly worth the effort.

13. Popsicle Stick Tree Magnet

Again, if you need to keep the kid busy while they're home from school during the holidays, I'm sure they'd enjoy making one of these fun and colorful Christmas tree magnets!

14. Melted Bead Ornaments

I don't care who you are or what your age is, watching stuff melt is fun, and if you can manage to find a way to make it productive, then you're winning. I guess what I'm trying to say is if you want to melt stuff and create something cool in the process, make these ornaments.

15. Mason Jar Lid Ornaments

Lastly, if you really like crafts that use materials you'd never expect, you're going to love these wreath ornaments. See those little berries? They're small nose studs! Pretty creative, right?
