Do you ever see someone walking around town with an absolutely ridiculous hat that in no way could ever be useful, functional or even nice to look at? Sometimes I wonder why people buy certain things and if they genuinely think it looks good, or if they just buy it for the attention and the shock factor. These outrageous hats are so completely ridiculous that you wonder how the designers make money off of them.
