The boys' father had no intention of gathering a following when he posted the video to YouTube.
Howard actually only uploaded it to the site because the file size was too large to send via email to friends and family. Bam, history was made!
Believe it or not, the family has made a decent amount of money from advertisements related to the video.
While the supplemental income is welcome, Howard insists that the YouTube thing is just a hobby.
Aside from music videos, Charlie's video is one of the biggest viral hits in internet history.
So, how has all of this fame affected the boys after so long?

In an interview, the boys describe what it has been like being part of such a viral video.
Charlie says himself that he doesn't mind being part of the video at all. "I think it's a bit odd that loads of people have watched it," said Charlie. He must not realize how cute the video was!
Since the video hit the big time, the boys now have two more siblings to play with.
