Many of us are exposed to hundreds of images every single day, but not every one of them is as straightforward as it may seem. Some pictures require a double take and some more careful inspection. If you could use a little confusion in your day, take a look at these pictures that deserve a "wait, what?"
1. Oh that's a totally normal sign. It's just saying who's allowed to use the biking and hiking trails. Violators will be...wait what? I think that may be a little extreme.
2. I wonder why everyone's taking pictures. It's probably just because the car is so beautiful. Oh wait... There's a bear in the passenger seat. That woman is standing much closer than I ever would.
3. I've always been curious if this type of thing ever happens in real life. It appears Granny ignored the bridge crossing signs and couldn't make it to the other side in time.
4. How did this car possibly get inside this room? Did someone purchase an "assemble your own car" kit and forget to do it outside on the ground level? I demand answers.
5. Yes this is exactly what it looks like, and unfortunately I don't think the glasses got there by being swallowed. These kinds of humans are the reason doctors have so many great stories.
6. Wait. What? Why? How? Who? I think someone needs to go brush their teeth for at least ten minutes. On the plus side, at least the toilet looks reasonably clean.
7. I would love to see the back story behind this. Maybe someone had never seen a copier before and thought that it was some sort of new device to reheat food.
8. When a man and his dog have so much love for each other, sometimes they start to look like each other. They say dogs are man's best friend, but this one might give me nightmares.
9. How would you react if you were scrolling through Google Maps and saw this on your property? I don't think I'd ever know what was going on, and I'm not sure that I would want to.
10. Oh it's just a normal photo of a guy tying his shoes. But something feels off... Looking at this makes me slightly uncomfortable. I kind of want to do him a favor and kick the chair out from under him.
11. Whose brilliant idea was it to put fragile, breakable glassware in a vending machine where the only way you can access it is by letting it fall three feet first?
12. Not much to see here, just a man driving down the road with this arm hanging out of the window. The back window. He must have some really long arms.
13. This one definitely requires a double take. It's hard to tell where the hat ends and where the sweater begins. Maybe they're forming one big person like the Power Rangers.
14. Apparently flying carpets don't only exist in Aladdin. The longer you look at this photo, the more it looks like she's actually cruising down the beach. Shadows and perspective are powerful things.
15. I totally understand wanting to put your pizza in a safe place so that no one steals a slice while you're gone, but surely there's gotta be a better way.
16. Come on maintenance guy, you had one job. Now we just have to hope that the bathroom gets really hot and the soap starts to melt so that it becomes usable.
17. I'm not sure what the proper reaction is to seeing this while you're driving down the highway. Other than, of course, snapping a photo. This guy must be late for work and forgot to pack his breakfast.
18. If you do this to a chocolate bar, please don't ever speak to me again. This right here is exactly why we can't have nice things. People always go and do something awful like this.
19. It appears we have a magician on the loose who is sawing dogs in half and forgetting to complete the trick and put them back together. I'm geniunely confused by this picture.
20. In this Ikea instruction manual, they list a step to throw four screws into the garbage. I think it would have just been easier to maybe not include them in the first place?
