Guy Proposes To His Girlfriend In The Best Way Possible: With Chicken Nuggets

As much as women dream about that moment when their man gets down on one knee and offers up a ring, men rehearse that moment and try to think up the perfect scenario. And it's probably because they know how much women dream about it. If you're going to propose, you don't want to let your intended down. You want to make their dreams come true. For Kristian Helton, that couldn't have happened without Chicken McNuggets.

When they met on the Fourth of July in 2015, Kristian and Karsyn hit it off pretty much right away. Just a day later they had agreed to go on their first date, and they haven't looked back. 

But, although Karsyn had deep feelings for Kristian, he grew to realize there was one thing in her heart he would never replace: Chicken McNuggets.

Karsyn admits that she goes to McDonald's often and won't get anything else off the menu, just McNuggets.

For Kristian, that proved to be an opportunity to plan the perfect proposal.

"She has devoted her life to Chicken McNuggets," Kristian said. "It had to be part of the engagement. It was just a given."

"Her love for chicken nuggets, I'm sure, is more than she loves me."

The morning of Valentine's Day, not even two years after they started dating, Kristian took the leap and popped the question in the only way he could.

He stuck the ring in a Chicken McNugget and wrote "Will You McMarry Me?" inside the box. "I didn't hesitate to say yes," said Karsyn, "because he's obviously the one I want to spend the rest of my life with." He sure sounds like he knows her, so it looks like they're off to a good start.
