Watch What Google Translate Does To Adele's 'Hello'

There are a ridiculous amount of covers of Adele's chart-topping "Hello." But there is only one of them that Google Translate has done.

Well, sorta.

YouTube singer Malinda Kathleen Reese took the lyrics to the song and then ran them through Google Translate. Then translated it again. In the latest in her "Google Translate Sings" series, Reese shows how even Adele isn't safe from the horrid translating ability of automatic Google translation.

She took those mangled lyrics and belted them out with the music video's now iconic sepia filter. It starts similar enough...

"Hail... to me."

The bridge is classic enough: "They say the weather is supposed to cure you, but I do not like a lot of wounds."

"I have forgotten what the world is before you start, chairs ottoman in our tteoleoeul ... there is a conflict in the United States."

"tteoleoeul" – amazingly enough, not a typo!

"There's no need to say sorry to you, I'm, done. I most probably make house calls."

Oh, and it gets even more hilariously terrible...

"Hey. Do you copy?"

"We cover your two cents ... thigh, thigh, thigh, thigh, thigh..."
